What do I need to run it?

An iPhone or iPad on iOS / iPadOS 17 or later. Bababouncy is one universal app for both.

Is it free?

Yes — every tool and gesture is free for everyone. The free tier has two limits: 1 bouncy area per picture and 3 new pictures a day. Bababouncy Pro removes both, for $14.99 / year or a $44.99 one-time lifetime unlock, and includes Family Sharing.

I hit a limit — what counts?

The daily count resets at midnight in your time zone. Reloading the same picture, the sample frog, reopening from History, and editing an image are all free and never use up your daily pictures. Saved layouts with extra areas always stay fully playable. Pro removes the limits entirely.

I bought Pro but don't see it

Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so signing in with the same ID — or a family member sharing it through Family Sharing — restores Pro. If it still doesn't appear, email us.

How do I manage or cancel the subscription?

On your device, go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. The yearly plan renews automatically until you cancel there; the lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Do my pictures leave my device?

No. Everything you make stays on your device — we have no servers that can see it. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

How do I reopen something I made?

Tap the clock (History) button. Every picture you've worked on is saved there, offline, with its bouncy areas — reopen any one to keep playing or make changes.
